Plunger Metering Pumps

Plunger Metering Pumps

V K Pump Industries offer Plunger Metering Pumps. It works based on positive return variable stroke mechanism. Multiplexing facility of the pump allows coupling of several pumps, driven by one common motor. Plunger Metering Pumps Flow of each pump can be independently set or stopped, as required. Plunger Metering Pumps Drive side mechanism is totally enclosed and run in oil bath. The Plunger Metering Pumps capacity is continuously adjustable from zero to maximum, both while the pump is stopped or running. The Plunger Metering Pumps weparts conform to the standard AISI-304/AISI-316 stainless steel. Also available are wetted parts in alloy 20, hastelloy ‘B’or ‘C’. These Plunger Metering pumps with linear relationship between control setting and stroke length are available in various models with plunger diameter ranging from 16 to 120 mm. The Plunger Metering Pumps maximum pressure range is 8–366 kg/cm2. Capacity of the pumps coupled to 1,500-RPM motor at 100 SPM is 11–4,580 LPH and that at 200 SPM is 20–9,160 LPH. Plunger Metering Pumps Optional accessories available include coupling base plate and foundation bolts; drive motors in TEFC/flame proof enclosures; pressure relief valves in stainless steel; suction strainers in stainless steel; back pressure valves in stainless steel; pulsation dampeners; gland flushing arrangement for abrasive liquids; jacketing of liquid end for heating/ cooling arrangement; electronic remote stroke control, for flow adjustment; pneumatic stroke control; and calibration pots.

Peristaltic Pump

Peristaltic Pump

Murhopye offers Peristaltic Pump. It is available in single and multi channel. It is designed to produce accurate and reproducible flow rates for laboratory medical and industrial applications. These Peristaltic Pump are self priming pumps and the liquid or gas to be pumped does not come in contact with the pump mechanism. Peristaltic Pump may be used as micro metering devices or auxiliary pumping units, and are ideally suited for pumping corrosive liquids and sterilised media, acids, alkali and antifoaming agents under aseptic conditions. Mono, dual and 10-channel models can accommodate any diameter of 1mm to 12mm ID silicon rubber tubings for a wide range of flow rates from almost 1 ml/hr to 300 ml/hr simultaneously. The Peristaltic Pump multi channel models will have a flow from 1 ml/hr to 5000 ml/hr simultaneously. These Peristaltic pump are of continuously variable type using modern solid state electronics control circuitry with forward reverse facility. Peristaltic Pump will give dependable and stable flow rate in long continuous operation as well. The Peristaltic Pump entire system is enclosed in a compact, painted metal cabinet. The pumps can take remote signals of 4-20 mA and are compatible to the computer. The Peristaltic Pump work on 230 V with minimum consumption.
